Mr. Carpenter offers a strong skill set including marketing, underwriting and credit knowledge that allows for a smooth transition and trusted advisor when it comes to business brokerage. Brad offers prominent relationship management experience that spans over 30 years and is dedicated to achieving client results by working tirelessly to succeed for both Buyers and Sellers.
Brad holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from University of Virginia and a MBA from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Additionally, he is recognized as a Certified Concrete Technologist by the National Ready Mix Association.

Leora has been a business broker for twenty-seven years and has been successful in structuring many deals in every industry. Leora is multi-cultural and speaks five languages. She has strong family values and an impressive record of community service. He has a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Mathematics. He has an Informational Technology (IT) education from Valencia Community College. He is multilingual and well versed in languages such as English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. He has been living in Orlando for the past 23 years and is happily married with one daughter. With his family, he enjoys performing community work in Orlando. He also likes to run and go for walks outdoors in his spare time.
